I recommend the VIP experience which offers not only a 1 hour strategy call to map out your customer success plan to keep those customers you’ve worked so hard to get, but you’ll also get access to 1 month of 1:1 Voxer support to work through questions with you and your team to implement on your membership or group program plan.
I totally get it – nobody wants a bloated calendar. The good news is I’ve created this program with busy schedules in mind – so you get access to coworking calls weekly, plus live calls which you can access Netflix streaming style. On average, members spend 15-20 minutes consuming content a week on-demand – but if ya want to get more support in the coworking calls – I’d recommed 1-2 hours a week to get all the support ya need!
How does 4-5 hours a week of my support sound to you? Moderated co-working is 2 hours a week, but you’ll get access to ask Voxer Office hours for a much longer period 8 am – 8 pm PST. Now, most of the questions you’ll ask I limit to 1 hour per person (since this is a group format). If ya need even more time, the VIP program is the best way to get 1:1 help.

Great question! Our live trainings and office hours are held during the 9-5 pm PST time zone. You can still access on-demand resources, however most of our calls and support availability are centered around this time zone.
