We migrated from Facebook groups recently and created a new community app where you can get notified when events occur and make connections easier all from an app on your phone. 

Great question! Our live trainings and office hours are held during the 9-5 pm PST time zone. You can still access on-demand resources, however most of our calls and support availability are centered around this time zone. 

You’ll still get access to the training resources on-demand once they are delivered live. 

The cancellation process is easy and no-hassle. We’ll kindly ask for some feedback (because of course – process improvement is our favorite) – and then you’ll be on your way!

Yup! The folks that will benefit from this membership have a product or program that sells, but need help with customer success and process.
